Hi, I am interested in finding out if hypnosis would help me get on a plane and also deal with the claustrophobia of being inside one for several hours. I don’t think I’m afraid of the actual process of flying; nor am I really afraid the plane will crash....in just anxious about the experience of lining up (being stuck in a long line you can’t leave) and then being stuck in a crowded space in the airplane.I have no personal experience with hypnosis, but perhaps other members will have more input. Fear of flying, like lots of phobias, can be overcome with different methods. The methods that have worked best for me are exposure therapy and CBT. I hope you are able to find something that works for you. I have used both versions for many things and it works for me. my wife has tried both and has found by herself it works and with her treatment provider it does not. a friend of mine tried both versions and neither worked for her. Thanks! For more details: Company Overview Video
