Hi, When I was hired, I was hired as part of a 6 person team, and while I had a good relationship with all of them, I had a really good one with one of the team members. We shared the same interests in almost everything(tv shows, books, etc). Unfortunately, my friend was prone to accidents, and the recovery wasn't easy, he sometimes had to go to therapy or a lawyers office. Sometimes in the morning I'd check on him, make sure he was fine, after a while he told me not to do that. I guess I was coming off as too annoying. I brushed it off, and during the day we still worked together amicably. On the last day of my contract, we were planning on having lunch, just me and my friend, but he made some comments to me on Skype that were hurtful, calling me immature and "he felt sorry for all the future people who have to work with me, because of the stuff I do." Needless to say, I didn't go to lunch with him on my last day. First, not one manger complained about me or my work. What is hurtful and makes he angry is the comments that he made, because up until that point, I thought we had a good relationship. My contract ended, and even until today, the comments are still in my head and make me angry(don't worry, not angry to hurt someone or break anything), but it does make me angry.
